Founded in 2002, A&R is mainly engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing injection molds, plastic parts, electronic assemblies, metal stamping, PCBA and more. We have a factory covering 16,500 square meters housing eight production lines manned by 420 employees. Monthly output is 40 sets of injection molds, 100,000 pieces of plastic parts and 20,000 pieces of OEM electronic products. We can provide delivery lead time of 35 days for injection molds, 10 days for plastic parts and 10 days for OEM electronic products.
Our eight R&D staff includes professional mold design engineers with an average of seven years' experience. They use PRO-E and SOLIDWORKS to design molds. We also imported high-speed CNCs, 300-ton injection molding machines, SMTs, CMM measuring equipment and electronic assemblies so that we can offer solutions ranging from quick design, plastic parts to assembly and packaging services. We release one to three new products each month, and a customized sample can be ready in one to three weeks, depending on the product structure. OEM and ODM orders are accepted.
